The course is suitable for both beginners and those who wish to increase their knowledge of using CNC milling cutters and digital manufacturing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The course will cover: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Safety and use of CNC milling cutters
\u2705 Design and drawing in VCarve
\u2705 How drawings are transferred to the router
\u2705 Using FabLab tools for carpentry and other woodworking projects
\u2705 How to customise a project to your own needs <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon completion of the course, participants are authorised to use the large CNC milling machine in FabLab H\u00fasav\u00edk and can then begin to build their own projects with assistance from the staff as required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tasks can, for example, be: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A children's playhouse or theatre
\u2022 Dog kennel
\u2022 Cat enclosure or outdoor area for a cat
\u2022 Garden house or outdoor kitchen
\u2022 Other bespoke build projects <\/p>\n\n\n\n
