We had some distinguished guests in H\u00fasav\u00edk when our partners in the SPECIAL project met with us for the project's fourth and final on-site meeting.<\/p>\n
The SPECIAL project, which brings together seven partners from six European countries (Sweden, Italy, Iceland, Belgium, Spain and Romania), is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission and aims to strengthen, revive and nurture the 'life skills' and 'soft' skills of young people who are neither in education nor employment (NEETs) to help them (re)integrate into their communities and the labour market post-COVID.<\/p>\n
At the meeting, partners were able to discuss the project's status and the work ahead in its final stretch. A key opportunity was to delve into matters such as quality assessment, project management, and the promotion of the project's deliverables.<\/p>\n
In the final weeks of the project, the partners will work on developing the PR4 project package, guidance for those wishing to utilise the project's experience, and a policy brief for stakeholders. This final work is crucial to ensure that the project's work is used as effectively as possible going forward.<\/p>\n
The SPECIAL educational material (PR3) is ready and can be accessed on the e-learning platform.
