On Monday, 27th April, the annual general meeting of the \u00deingeyinga Knowledge Network was held in accordance with the organisation's articles of association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agenda included the usual business of the annual general meeting, and the board presented the annual report along with the annual accounts for the previous financial year and a plan for the coming year's activities, as stipulated in the articles of association. The board's annual report was also reviewed, and nominations for board membership were presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the articles of association, five representatives sit on the board of the Knowledge Network, appointed for two-year terms. When appointing the board, emphasis is placed on reflecting the organisation's main areas of activity: continuing education, research, university services and innovation. Nominations for the board are received from a diverse range of sources, including trade unions or employers, the higher education community, the innovation sector, further education colleges, and local authorities within the Knowledge Network's area of operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
