On 20 June 2022, three staff members from The Knowledge Network attended the multinational meeting of the SPECIAL project, which was held in Pescara, Italy.
The SPECIAL project, which consists of seven partners from six European countries (Sweden, Italy, Iceland, Belgium, Spain and Romania) and is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission, aims to strengthen, revive and nurture the 'life' and 'soft' skills of young people who are neither in education nor employment (NEETs) to help them (re)integrate into their communities and the labour market post-COVID.
At the meeting, the partners strengthened their collaboration by holding, for the first time on-site, as well as discussing the project's status in terms of its management and ongoing work.
In the coming months, partners will work on the development and peer review of the SPECIAL training material, as well as its upload to the SPECIAL website.
