Sausage-making course in Tórshavn
The experts from Frávík Ltd. came to Langanes over the weekend with a sausage-making course. The course was very well received and many delicious sausages were created, as the students had free rein to season and flavour them. Each student then went home with 2 kg of quality sausages and a smile on their face. We thank the students and the instructors for the time together.
