Lively in the eastern region

During the spring, there has been plenty to do in the so-called eastern region, from Kópasker to Bakkafjörður. Two Icelandic courses were held in Þórshöfn and one in Bakkafjörður. Computer literacy courses for the over-60s were held in Kópasker, Raufarhöfn and Þórshöfn. The residents of Raufarhöfn took advantage of the good weather last weekend and attended a frisbee golf course, as a course was recently set up in the area.
