Course description
Katrín Ösp, a nurse at the Health and Psychology Service, will be giving a lecture entitled "Balance in the Storm", where the focus is on empathy and self-awareness as coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and long-term pressure.
The lecture, which lasts approximately 90 minutes, consists of an educational session and a discussion. Please have a pen and paper to hand to jot down answers to a few questions, which are for your own use only; you will not need to share them with anyone.
